Route: From O Muíño Bridge to Arnelas Bridge
The route goes through the Vilarmaior region, bordering the municipality of Monfero and the banks of the River Vilariño. We come across trails sheltered by the shade of the forest and covered by different varieties of ferns, fungi and mosses. These are humid paths rich in vegetation. It is interesting to observe the constructions of places such as Sestela, since they form part of the area's traditionally created cultural legacy.
